Our Philosophy
Welcome to Ocean Bay Psychiatry! We are a mental health clinic providing psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our psychiatrists are double board-certified in child and adolescent psychiatry as well as general psychiatry.

We know it can be difficult to search for a new psychiatrist and we are glad you are taking the first steps to better your mental health. We would be happy to help you and come up with a treatment plan that truly addresses your concerns. You can expect evidence-based treatment recommendations, but we also offer a holistic perspective because we believe there is more to mental health than just a prescription. As psychiatrists trained in early development, we also approach each case from a psychodynamic perspective which offers understanding on how our early life experiences may impact our well-being.

We will work collaboratively with all members of your mental health team. If you have a therapist you can feel confident that we will communicate with them to provide a unified approach. For our younger patients, we also work closely with family, school, and medical specialists as appropriate to understand the whole picture, and provide a cohesive experience. Our ultimate aim is to see people experience real-life changes that last a lifetime.
